2.  Boston Bruins

The Boston Bruins had one of the most exciting finishes to a NHL Playoff game/series in recent memory.  The Bruins were down 2 goals with 90 seconds remaining in a critical game 7 against the Toronto Maple Leafs.  The Bruins advance to the second round and will face the NY Rangers starting with game 1 on Thursday.

3.  Selena Gomez

Pop princess Selena Gomez returns to the top 10 this week at an impressive #3.  The little peak in interest in Selena Gomez tickets is likely due to the amount of airplay her latest single off her new album  ”Come and Get it” is getting.  Popular Selena Gomez shows include San Antonio, Boston and Toronto.

4.  Manchester City – Chelsea FC

Yankee Stadium will play host to two of Europe’s most popular soccer clubs this summer.  Manchester City will be taking on Chelsea FC in an international friendly on Saturday May 25th in the Bronx.  Tickets are seemingly in big demand for this Man City – Chelsea FC matchup!

Still no change atop the Tickifieds Top 10.  1D is still drawing record amount of traffic to Tickifieds.com.

2.  Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls have been one of the more surprising stories of the 2013 NBA Playoffs.  Not only did a depleted Bulls team loaded with injuries pull off the upset of the Brooklyn Nets in the first round, they also stole home court advantage by beating the defending NBA Champs in Game 1.  Throw in rumors of a Derek Rose return and you can imagine there is a lot of interest in tickets.

4.  Miami Heat

If the Chicago Bulls upset win over the Miami Heat in Game 1 of the NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs did anything, it got Miami fans to wake up.  After a physical Bulls team had their way with Lebron James and Dwayne Wade, the Heat played with a sense on panic in Game 2.  With the series tied 1-1 there will certainly be a Game 5 in Miami.

7.  Golden State Warriors

Golden State Warrior fans haven’t had much to cheer about since the days of Chris Mullins.  That all changed when Stephen Curry fully emerge as the new face of the franchise.  The Warriors are up against the top seeded San Antonio Spurs and are all tied at 1-1.  Game 4 in Oakland is on Sunday and is getting a ton of traffic!

Darren Criss

Darren Criss will be out on tour in 2013 much to the delight of his legions of fans.

Although One Direction is still the #1 most searched for ticket in the land that is Tickifieds.com, it was still and interesting week as a performer I never even heard of popped up at #2 on this weeks’ top 10.  That performer is none other than Darren Criss.  While I like to think I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes  popular musical acts, this one caught me completely off guard.  I had to actually ‘google’ Mr. Criss to figure out who the heck he is.

It turns out, Darren Criss is a very talented fellow as he is an actor, singer, song writer and composer.  He is mostly know for his role as Blaine on the hit TV Series Glee but he also has had successful stints on How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and the movie  Girl Most Likely.

The Chicago Blackhawks earned the top overall seed and nothing less than the Stanley Cup will do for hockey fans in Chi-town.  The Blackhawks are already up 1-0 on the Minnesota Wild in the 1st round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
