In order to more actively engage Free Ticket Classifieds (FTC) users we have recently integrated a new feedback, support, and troubleshooting community. Using the GetSatisfaction platform, FTC is able to organize all social knowledge (questions, feedback, concerns, and praise) pertaining to our ticket classifieds service. This will allow us to directly engage FTC users to gain real-time market feedback that we can use to make FTC even more user-friendly and useful to you.
