Tickets to Comedy Central Presents, A Night of Too Many Stars: An Overbooked Concert For Autism Education went on sale today and quickly sold out. The show will take place at New York’s historic Beacon Theater on October 2nd,2010 and will feature some of the top comedians in the world.
For this annual event, Comedy Central has teamed up with Jon Stewart’s production company to put together a night of laughs to help benefit autism education programs. The show will feature Jon Stewart hosting a night of performances, sketches, and short films from some of the biggest names in comedy. Already confirmed to be performing this event are Lewis Black, Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey, Ricky Gervais, Joel McHale, John Oliver, Chris Rock, Sarah Silverman, Triumph The Insult Comic Dog with many more to be announced.
If you are a fan of comedy this will be a great show for a great cause. Night of Too Many Stars will benefit autism education and family service programs across the country. These programs will help support of the overabundance of autistic individuals that so desperately need quality services.
